This is what I make in the mornings before class. Green smoothies are great and healthy and all, but sometimes a girl just wants a refreshing, fruity smoothie in the AM. In a blender, just add 1/2 banana (I keep some in the freezer), some frozen fruit (I use an assortment of frozen peaches, strawberries, and blueberries), and orange juice until the consistency is thick or smooth enough for you.

I love smoothies too. My secret ingredient that I use instead of banana is avocado. It makes it super creamy (and not green).
