friday night

Sometimes the best Friday nights are spent eating stir fry, catching up on Top Chef, and maybe indulging in a few too many Oreos and wine.
Also, Teddy, the cat we recently adopted from the shelter, has been an absolute terror lately. Jumping up onto the couch and laying down right on top of our poor Cubby cat's head, walking all over the kitchen counters, biting the top of my head once while I was sleeping, and even eating 3 out of the 5 tulips Jordan bought me this week. And just as soon as I get extra annoyed (like when I find a tulip in pieces all over the dining room floor), he wanders up to me, cries once, and then wants to do nothing but cuddle. Thankfully, we've adopted cats from the shelter before, so we knew to expect a settling-in period when things don't go as smoothly as we'd hope. But still, those tulips were really pretty! Teddy's lucky he's so darn cute.

Ahahaha! Sounds like you've adopted a "Joe"--welcome to our world! I have no tips for you other than to learn to laugh at his antics because otherwise you'll collapse into a pile of frustrated goo.
Also love your denim shirt!
looks like teddy is testing his limits? i linked back to what teddy looks like.. wow, he's a big one! lol
My cat, Misty, has been quite the terror lately also. Around 11 o'clock every night she gets super hyper and runs back and forth through the whole house! Then at night she always jumps into bed after I fall asleep and wakes me up just to cuddle - It may sound cute but is quite obnoxious. Haha.
Love your blog!
cutie outfit. still loving that ring!
I had a cat that chewed the heads off of a dozen roses. Bad kittie!
we have the same beer in our fridge ;)
I just stumbled upon your blog, & can I just say how happy I am to find another blogger without babies? I know that sounds weird, but I'm excuted nonetheless ;) excited to start following your adventures!
