Happy Easter! We had a wonderful Easter at our house. This was our first Easter that we spent just the two of us, because we spent last year with some friends in Gillette. (We miss you, Erica, Dave, and Madalyn!) My family has always had a big Easter dinner, so I wanted to keep that tradition alive this year.
We went to church this morning, then came home for a nice afternoon in the kitchen. Jordan raked leaves in our huge yard while I roasted a chicken and made some sides. Obviously I made more than enough food for two people, but holiday leftovers are pretty much the greatest thing ever, amiright? We watched Captain America for the rest of the afternoon, but it was pretty disappointing. Now we're spending the rest of the night relaxing before the week starts up and some busy wedding planning happens.
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter with your loved ones!

I love this post oh so much! You look GORGEOUS. Jen and I mostly celebrated Easter by ourselves as well, which honestly is what we prefer... We do live in the house with her parents, but her mom threw a fit over something and it's been a hectic day. Just ominous, haha. But seriously, we've been chillin' in our little room, with Easter candy, good reads and happiness!
