So, on Friday I posted a picture of myself at a coffee shop in the afternoon. 30 minutes later, I went to the salon to get my bangs trimmed and to get a slightly different shape. I still wanted side bangs though, just a little more across my forehead than they were before. Instead, my stylist cut my bangs soooo short that my only option was full-on bangs. So this is how I look now. Thankfully I still have a month to grow them out before my wedding!!
P.S. I don't hate the bangs. They're just not my favorite look on myself.
P.P.S. Also, let's please ignore the weirdly bright light that made my eyes look way too far apart.

You look just fine! I'm sure you'll be able to grow them out a bit before the wedding. I was trimming mine every two and a half weeks, but I think I'm going to focus on growing them back out for my wedding. (Right now; they're at the awkward, just across my eyebrows length.) Regardless, you always have awesome hair, and you're going to look gorgeous on your wedding day. I hope you'll be wearing some form of red lipstick. :)

They actually look really cute! I've been considering giving myself bangs again too, although I remember from high school what a nightmare they were to take care of. They seem to be all the rage right now, though, so we'll see.
ReplyDeleteI love the bangs but I understand, they always drive me crazy too! And you gotta have the hair you want for your wedding, so true. Also your eyes don't look far apart, but it's funny the things we notice about ourselves in pictures. I've deleted pictures before because a jaw muscle looks weird or something, and really, who else would care but me....
