a picture from a disposable camera we brought on our Cancun honeymoon
As we're heading into a super exciting weekend (I love the Olympics!), I thought I'd share some of my favorite reads from around the web from the past week or so.
Love this neon striped clutch DIY.
In case you didn't know, I'm interning over at Passionfruit. This week I posted about how to get started on Twitter, if you haven't already taken that leap.
My Life Through Kristin Wiig. Enough said.
I always struggle with balancing meals throughout the day, so Kyla's post about eating for energy was the perfect read for me. I'm already bulking up my lunchtime salads with quinoa and chickpeas. Thanks, Kyla!
My fall semester starts in exactly one month, so I've started thinking about my back-to-school look. This London bag by Epiphanie, combination camera + laptop bag, would be perfect for my photography, newswriting, and graphic design classes.
This video combines two of my favorite things: the USA Olympic swim team and Call Me Maybe.
The Sorry I'm Late shirt is pretty much my life. If I wore it every time I was supposed to meet a friend for coffee, it would be accurate 99% of the time.
Are you all as excited for the Olympics as I am?!

I just watched the Opening ceremony and went tweet crazy... but yeah I am excited for the olympics

yes! I love the Olympics! Canada certainly isn't as strong in the summer as the winter, but that doesn't mean I'm any less excited!
ReplyDeleteI am SO excited about the Olympics, and I LOVE your new blog design! Have a great weekend girl! XO
ReplyDeleteThanks Chelsea! :)
DeleteI have checked out and ponder on a couple of bags very similar to the Epiphanie bag you shared. Juggling work and school this coming semester is sure to include more baggage to juggle as well. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the awesome links! Love the new design. Hoping I can get in on some ad space next month. I'm been pondering taking the plunge for a while and this seems to be the perfect space to do it.
LOVE the Olympics! Oh and I have an Epiphanie bag and it's the best!!!
ReplyDeleteIs it made really well? I want one, but want to make sure that it will hold up for a long time and a lot of use.
DeleteHa! That t-shirt is awesome. I need one of those. I'm always late for everything!!
ReplyDeleteThat video is hilarious! I likes it. And the Olympics are awesome! I was always used to staying at home and watching them with my mom or family over the summer, ever since I was little. Aaron and I don't have any T.V. here, though, so I'm planning to catch some of the coverage online. Swimming, diving and gymnastics are always my favorite to watch.
