Mornings in Cancun were one of my favorite parts of our honeymoon. Usually, Jordan is up bright and early and has to drag me out of bed on the weekends. For some reason though, I was the one who woke up early while Jordan slept in on our honeymoon. So every morning, I got up and made a pot of coffee in our room, then headed out to our balcony to enjoy the view, my coffee, and a good book until Jordan was awake. (I use this Kindle

ReplyDeleteIt's funny, I am usually the one to sleep in as well, but when we are on vacation, I am always up before my husband and ready to seize the day. Interesting. :)

ReplyDeleteWe went to Cancun on our honeymoon as well! I felt so refreshed coming back from such a lovely vacation with my new husband. I too woke up really early while we were there and I think it was just the excitement and nervousness of being a wife. I'm glad you got some time to really treasure your first moments as a married lady.
