Jordan got a great promotion a while back, but the downside is that now he works shifts. When he's on shift, he's gone for 15 hours, either all day or all night. He's working this week, so the kitties and I are home by ourselves a lot of the time. And I'm actually in class most of the day, so the cats are ready for cuddles by the time I'm back.
Tonight (it's 11:30 and I'm going to bed the second I publish this!) was like most nights: trying to stay awake while I study on the couch and laughing at needy Theodore. Good thing he's here to hang out thisclosetome pretty much every second that I'm home while Jordan's busy!
I miss you, husband! Can't wait for the weekend when we both get free time to hang out together. <3

ReplyDeleteAwwww. I remember when Babes and I were on different shifts. It sucked royally but we made the best of it as well. Thank goodness for kitties :)
